Privacy policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Attunem collects and uses information when you use Attunem. Attunem is a personal protocol tracking service, not a healthcare provider or electronic medical record.

2. Information you provide

We store your account email and the information you choose to record, which may include treatment protocols, dose logs, symptoms, weight, blood-test results and files, progress photos, notes, and medication supply details. This can include health information that is particularly sensitive.

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Attunem does not store your complete card number.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure your account, calculate the personal trends and reminders you request, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the reliability of the service. We do not use your records to diagnose conditions or recommend treatment.

4. Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate Attunem, including hosting and database infrastructure, private file storage, email delivery, and Stripe for payments. They process information only to provide those services under their own security and privacy obligations. We do not sell your personal or health information.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain your account information while your account remains open and as needed for legal, security, and payment obligations. You can permanently delete your account and its associated tracking data from Account settings. Some limited billing or security records may be retained where the law requires it.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. Attunem provides account deletion and an anonymized progress export. Contact us to make another privacy request.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted web connections, authenticated access, and restricted file storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your password private and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
